Heres what you do: Wash your face twice a day with a soapless clenser.... you can use Cetaphil (or the drugstore brand, which is 1/4 of the price, and just as good) After washing at bedtime, apply 5% Benzoyl peroxide gell all over the face (nose, forhead, cheeks, chin) You can buy Oxy5, but there are generics that are dirt cheap and just as good, this kills the pimple...
