... i saw ur comment at mine.. well i'm crossing out banana from my diet cos it contains a high concentration of sugar and sugar will cause acne cos of some reaction with the hormones.. and bread, i think it's the same too.. some ppl also avoid dairy products like milk,but i'm sticking to it anyway.. ... ... Infinity: yeah DEFINITELY take a B-50 or B-100 once a day, I'm taking 1 B-50. Don't worry about getting too much B6 or B12, they will only cause acne when they are taken by themselves in large amounts (and like B5, they can be useful to treat other things) which upsets the balance.
