... The best thing I can recommend is 'Hydrocortisone Cream' you can buy it anywhere and it basically reduces inflammation. It states that you shouldn't use it on face or acne but I did and I had no reaction at all and it noticeably reduced the swelling. ... You can go to the derm and they will give you a shot of cortisone to get rid of it. But if that's not an option, get some hydrocortisone cream and put it on it a few times a day. It can get rid of a zit in a day or so. But do not do this very often. ... (10 replies)
