... I also use a mexican cream made of "concha nacar" that i use during the day. You can get the stuff in any mexican store, ask. Concha nacar is good but mostly softends the scar and the cream may clog pores. I used concha nacar alone but is no good. Mederma is the trick. Best of luck. ... (20 replies)

It's never mixed in with the rest of the skincare products, but in a section in the general area containing an assortment of hispanic health and beauty products.
