... hey disel, my derm put on 60 mg too but said to take all 3 20 mg pills at the same time once a day...i asked him if i should spread it out but he said no. i hope i dont get another intial breakout from upping my dose from 40 to 60. yeah and i agree the insurance is awesome...a one month supply would cost me $570 but with insurance its only $10.
