I know exactly how you feel, I've just started a Gluten/Wheat/Dairy free diet a few days ago and i'm seeing some results already I've cut out all dairy products, all greasy foods (pizzas, mcdonalds etc), pasta, bread I eat 1 pear, 1 apple and sometimes some grapes at night, lots of veggies, steamed veggies, normal veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, carrots), i eat...
