... Let the dry skin/scabs come off on their own time. If you pick at them it will only take longer to heal, especially if they start bleeding again. Use something like glycolic acid (AHA moisturizer) on the area every day and it will help with exfoliating. You can also put some BP on the red marks to help dry it up quicker... yeah, your skin might look flakey for a few days but... (1 replies)
