... cleanser twice a day. one of the ingredients in it is salycylic acid. and i use DDF's glycolic acid was once a week. i read that these types of acids are helpful for acne. do a search for these acids and acne and you will find some info about it. i'm pretty happy with these. they are just one part of my regiment though. ...
