... Unless you are an MD or a licensed esthetician, never lance your face with a needle. If you need to extract the milia, do so with a very good extractor. Go to a beauty supply store to purchase a good one. Next, be very gentle and apply only a little pressure, even around all sides. If it doesn't come out that way, it's not ready. Wait until after a shower, at night before... (5 replies)
