Since some of us are following a Low Carb diet, Gluten-Free, or Paleo Diet, I thought I'd post some restuarants that deliver prepared meals to our door. I know exactly how you feel, I've just started a Gluten/Wheat/Dairy free diet a few days ago and i'm seeing some results already I've cut out all dairy products, all greasy foods (pizzas, mcdonalds etc), pasta, bread I eat 1 pear, 1 apple and sometimes some grapes at night, lots of veggies, steamed veggies, normal veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, carrots), i eat... ... Yup, I dont eat sprouted breads of any kind, but if I did, it wouldn't be those with Gluten ;-) As for the Kitty, I do buy him sprouted Wheat or Barely Grass. Whenever he tries to escape out of the house it's either to get dirty or to eat grass ;-) Otherwise, he'll eat the house plants and that makes him sick and leaves a mess for me to clean up. hmm..I suppose I could... ... Prometheus, Yes, that was something I wanted to ask you about, the Corn. I know that some Celiacs had to eliminate Corn (corn gluten) before their skin Cleared. I know that the Paleo Diet, "Evil" Lectin Diet, and the Specific Carbohydrate Deits eliminate Grains altogether, so those automatically eliminate all forms of Gluten.
