There's several ways you can approach the "no sugar" in your diet theory, such as, by dropping the Lectins, Grains, Gluten, Processed Foods/Grains, or extra Sugar (in decreasing order of restrictiveness). ... Hi again, for some reason I broke out a bit this weekend while on my allergy diet... I haven't even looked at any gluten (to my knowledge) and went back over all the foods i ate and couldn't find any gluten.
