You say its oil glands, would one be able to take a nature approach such as a simple cream ment for reducing oily skin in the affected area?... ... I'm not sure if working out is as bad as you think for your skin. I lift weights 3 to 4 days a week and have managed to rid my body of acne through diet. Plus, I get plenty of carbs form whole grain without issue and they do not affect my skin. Thats my experience, maybe it doesn't work for everyone. ... (11 replies)

... it sounds like maybe you should simplify. If you have sensitive skin the multiple products are probably causing irritation. Often in our desire to clear up acne we overuse too many products and don't have patience even though it is very tough. Also changing your diet certainly can't hurt. ... (8 replies)
