... I have never heard of fish oil helping acne because it is the oil due to hormones that cause the acne. I have heard of it for dry skin and the heart plus taking it when on accutane to help with the dry skin. I really in my opinion don't think that would help the acne. ... (9 replies)

... yes b5 and omega 3 go well together... at least i dont think there is anything wrong with taking both. Alot of people take Omega 3 and 6, they are supposed to be really good for your skin. But im not sure how much to take maybe try one in the morning and one at night? (5 replies)
