... o offer you any real advice but when i get painfull spots i take ibuprofen which ease the pain and do eventually reduce inflamation, you say that you can't affor hydrocortisone shots so would it be worth applying hydrocortisone cream to see if that reduces the swelling overnight? ... ... The best thing I can recommend is 'Hydrocortisone Cream' you can buy it anywhere and it basically reduces inflammation. It states that you shouldn't use it on face or acne but I did and I had no reaction at all and it noticeably reduced the swelling.
