I think on page 10 of this thread he talks about the process of how the body uses methionine and SAM-e, and he kind of explains that if he had realized that info, he would have tried SAM-e...but I don't think he was taking it. I asked a qualified family member about methionine, and she recommended taking SAM-e because it creates a similar histamine reducing effect in the body. (187 replies)
