... Aaron 43- If you really really like milk and cereal, you could try organic brown rice cereal- its the equivalent of rice krispies only w/ brown rice and w/o all the chemicals. Organic milk is really good too- no bad hormones or chemicals. Soymilk is a really good substitute too, really good for acne, but in my opinion it tastes like liquid cardboard. just my two cents...
