Your dermatologist may switch you to another antibiotic like minocycline, doxycycline, minocin, etc. They usually want you to try alot of products before you go on accutane, but your acne sounds like mine. ... ... Yes, TV it is the Cetaphil for normal to oily skin types, the one in the pump bottle. NOT THE ORIGINAL CETAPHIL CLEANSER. I think acne prone people can use this....maybe all skin types as they said, except in my opinion not for people with dry skin. ... (11 replies)
