... I've tried this method before (although it only seems to do something for huge cysts). Actually, I believe 1600 mg is the max dose you should be taking. If you are taking more, your liver may experience toxicity... which could mean more acne, and it's really not good for you! Believe me, you don't want to take quite that much! (1 replies)
