... I can't say conclusively WHY people get acne (and it seems like doctors don't know either) but I do believe that many are genetically predisposed to acne and sugar/carbs makes it worse. My boyfriend eats such crap but his skin is perfect and i have to eat really well for mine to be good. But then again, I can sleep like a baby night after night but he's plagued with... (3 replies)
