... The only way to know which one works best for you is to try it for yourself. OTC was in the original acne study. However, it did not work at all for my daughter and broke her out badly. Yasmine works very well for her and started clearing her immediately. She also takes spiro but did not take it when taking OTC so that may have made a difference. (19 replies)
