Strattara how long does it take to work properly

I started taking Strattera 19 days ago. I started on 25mg for two weeks. I felt pretty drugged out but I know it is working. My consentration level improved and like you said once you start moving about you feel amped.
Big problem though I started taking the 40mg dose 5 days ago. On day two of the 40mg dose I snapped out on a clerk in a Blockbuster video store. Normally I would have presented my problem very sternly, but in this case I went off on the broad. Yester day on day 4 of the 40 mg pill I snapped on some young punks as my girlfriend and family were going to an event. I dropped my phone out the window as I was yelling at them for being in the way and then when I got out to get it I went after the 5 of them. My girlfriend talked me down before I hurt one of them. ( they were about 17 to 18). I want to Know if I should stick this out or drop back to 25mg. I felt fine on 25mg but wonder if that is enough.
