I'm a bit short on time, so I'll try to hit each of your questions quickly.

L-Tyrosine increases the availability of the building blocks of neurotransmitters, and apparently increases plasma levels of dopamine and norepinephrine, the same two neurotransmitters you're treating with the Dexedrine. As such, it's possible that they have a synergistic effect. I don't see a serious problem with taking L-Tyrosine with Dexedrine, so long as it doesn't increase the severity of Dexedrine's side effects for you.

[*]Any dosing has to come from your doctor. You're dealing with strictly controlled medications here, and if you're taking them contrary to your doctor's instructions, you can cause yourself serious problems, from the point of view of being able to access your meds, along with concerns about dependence or addiction.

[*]I'm not sure I understand your question. I don't personally have trouble getting started in the morning, provided I've had sufficient sleep. Again, work with your doctor regarding dosing, it's a personal thing that works differently in each individual, there is no 'perfect' dose across the board.

[*]Again, questions for your doctor, and perhaps your pharmacist.

[*]For myself, personally, Wellbutrin has worked wonders in conjunction with Adderall. Others have had different experiences. I'm getting to the point that I don't believe in the 'day off' theory, as it takes several days of treatment with even short acting stimulants to reach full efficacy, at least in my own personal experience. Anytime I miss a day, I pay for it with reduced function for several days.
