Strattera-When to give it-IN THE MORNING

I've read of many giving Strattera at night, to combat the sleepiness. Strattera is not a 24 hour drug. The half life is 5 hours, meaning at 5 hours after taking the medicine is at it's peak. At 10 hours there is 25% of the drug in the bloodstream. Strattera should be given in the morning or in divided doses, morning and afternoon.

I hope this helps some. The sleepiness will go away after taking a few days.
