3 year old on resperdol for ADHD/PDD

Hi

MY nephew is taking resperdol for his ADHD and PDD. He was on adderol for 2 weeks and had bad side effects such as anxiety and not able to eat right. Now with the new med, So far, his aggression around other kids at school has dramatically improved. AT home he is still very aggressive and is banging his head again (hasn't done that in over a year) and throwing raging tantrums. Plus, the resperdol has not helped with the hyperactivity but has helped with the language skills a bit (he is delayed)

Anybody have experience with strong medications on kids this young? Or on the long term side effects of this med?
