... Yeah I use to medicate myself with Caffine too before I got diagnosed. Caffine is a stimulant..that in those with out ADD it makes them hyper but in us who have it it does the opposite..It calms us down. When I got put on my Rittilan..It made me feel so calm and relaxed.. ... (11 replies)
