... I don't have ADD/ADHD (I have severe OCD, Asperger's, and severe panic attacks/anxiety), but I have had EMDR. It really helped me with the psychological trauma that my neglectful, cruel father caused me. It didn't really help me with the OCD, but I'd say it's worth it to give it a try for your ADD/ADHD.
