... 20 mg of ritalin is not compared to 18 mg of Concerta! I went from 10 to 15 mg. ritalin to 36 mg. of concerta. I have been told that 36 is compared to about 10 of ritalin....I would definately check that out. I do the same thing with food frenzies and loss of appetite, but i'm 19.
