My son is now 11 and we have been using the "natural" food approach supplemented by vitamins and making sure his proteins are higher in a meal than his carbs (to even out blood sugar) and he is doing wonderful!!! We do go out to a "fast food" type place usually once on the weekend and if he is really craving something I get it for an after school treat on Friday so it can work out of his system before Monday school. ...
