I`m better. I decided it was time to get off Xanax when I tried to cut down and went into major withdrawal symptoms. Benzos (Valium, Klonopin, Xanax, Ativan) are like any other dope. Once you are hooked you are either going backwards or forwards. Forwards toward off of it, or backwards and dosing higher and higher to get the same affect or to just simply feel normal. There are no other choices. I decided to go forward.
