... You are becoming tolerant to Vicodin and like others have said the concern is too much Tylenol. You should ask you doctor for Oxy IR which is 5 mg or Roxicodone which comes in 15 and 30 mg. The active ingredient is Oxycodone, which is not the same as Codeine, as some one else stated. Oxycodone is about 50% stronger than Hydrocodone (Vicodin). You may have heard of Percocet...
