I do think it's not good to exercise before bed. That just ramps you up and gets your body in motion and you will have a harder time getting to sleep. I'll tell you what will get you to sleep. Works for me like a charm. I get up in the morning about 7 or so, (even if you only slept like 2 or 3 hours the night before) You will feel like crap I know hehe but go out into the yard and start working just work work work at things you need to get done out in the yard. After you do that find something else to do and etc. Just work all day till your dog tired. After you are dog tired work some more. You catch my idea here? Anyways say 7 or 8 in the evening take you a big dose of some sleep aid and you will be out like a light bulb. Thats what I done with nicotine withdrawal, I couldn't sleep and started to do this it works pretty well and plus you get things done around the house :)
