... Go easy on the Benzo tapering! Cutting 5mg in 2 weeks is way too fast. Benzo's tapering needs to be much shower than Opiate tapering. ... (13 replies)

And actually, when I did the search, there were quite a few sites that connected magnesium with cluster headaches. as headaches were not a norm for me at all since adulthood, I was not sure what kind of headache I had... just know it hurt like the dickens when they hit tapering. ...
