... Celexa is an SSRI, as you already know, in the Lexapro family. I take Lexapro and was looking up Celexa as an alternative, due to weight gain. Anyway, you don't get high at all on SSRIs, except MAYBE a bit on Wellbutrin, as I have read that it gives you a bit of a buzz sensation and most of us with anxiety don't like that. ... (4 replies)

... chest pains or any such feelings. I would definitely have a doctor look at it and run a couple tests just to rule out any kind of cardiac trouble. It could be high cholesterol or high BP that is making you have these pains or it could be anxiety. I would just get it checked to ease my mind if I were you. ... (10 replies)
