... No doubt that you may have legitimate pain. Not sure how to tell you to know the difference except to try and be as honest with yourself as possible. Ask yourself if it's manageable without narcotics. Have you tried Motrin (you can take as much as 800mg which is prescription strength), heat, ice, stretches. Maybe start by trying other things and then possibly talk to your Doc... (127 replies)
