... ill or so. And, if you could get a script for some type of anxiety med, that would help a lot....Especially at night to help you sleep. I bet when you take the Norco at night, it calms you and you sleep well. Anxiety meds are perfectly fine to take long term if needed, or you could ween from those as well... ... (5 replies)

... If you have a plentiful supply and inventory isn't an issue, I'd suggest tapering as slowly as you can. It takes your body a while to adjust. You could even taper by 1/4 if you'd like. 1/2 is probably more practical because it's difficult to cut a pill more than 1/2. Once you stabilize on a given dose, you can taper again. Let your body tell you when it's time. Giving up... (5 replies)

... When I said there were days I took 8, it was never at once. I have never taken more than 3 at a time (still a large dose). On days when I took 8, it was generally: 3 in the AM in order to walk without a severe limp, 2 maybe three or four hours later, then 2 or 3 in the evening. Well my dr. is also an addiction medicine specialist and has a suboxone program so 2 Saturdays ago, it is day 11 today, I had my 1st suboxone induction and began on 16mg, 8mg am and 8mg pm. ... ... was able to handle the pain with tylenol for the sake of the baby. i also took flexeril for muscle pain. i also have some friends that ended up having to take norco at a lower dose due to really bad pain. another takes vicodin and xanex with the docs approval. its only normal to worry but try not to beat yourself up. ...
