... really helped me knowing that others are going through the exact same thing I am going through. Let me just say that I have been on and off of either Vicodin or Norco for a couple year. ... Hello, I've always been an opiophile, but it was never bad untill last winter. Before, I would take it a few VICS on the weekend for social reasons and would go weeks without even consider taking it again. ... Also, if you are addicted you doctor can put you on a slow taper from the Norco so that any withdraw symptoms will be lessened. It won't be totally smooth sailing, but a slow taper monitored by a knowlegable doctor can be done with less discomfort. ... (7 replies)

This didn't start until he put me on cymbalta a few months ago in place of the norco and i only took 3 doses and it messed up my head. The is drug out there that can almost eliminate any symptoms of WS it is called Clonidine, it is wonderful, when taken I felt no leg cramps, no sweating, no jitters, no vomiting,and I could sleep. ...
