... I have been in your exact position. Don't go cold turkey, and in my opinion, tapering does not work. If you cant go to rehab, go to an MD. ... Hi and welcome...i have been where you are a zillion times these past few years. My suggestion is to taper. You will feel little bits of w/d while you are tapering.
