... Jules the ones Reachout mentions are good. Valerian, kava kava, also there is a tea based on the flowers used to make something like valium. It is a brilliant red tea - not sure what it is. ... Klonopin and xanax are in a class of drugs called benzo's. They are highly addictive..Just like opiates and to come off them the withdrawels are worse.
