... I am in the same boat as you. I Had back surgery for it and still have several other herniated disc's. I would ask your Dr what a good NON narcotic pain medicine is. I personally take plain old tylenoll, motrin or aleve. they all help me but not as good as good old vicadin. I do not take them together of coarse. ... (5 replies)
