... Phil, Thanks so your post. I read and re-read it about 6 times over to make sure that I fully understand what you are talking about. And I do. Starting today, I'm going to taper for the next few days and then do without. I have too much to lose by getting myself wrapped around the axles of addiction. I just hope that it's not too late?
