... Yes Ultram (tramadol hcl) gives a buzz. It is almost identical to the buzz of Lortab (hyrdocone) except it lasts much longer. A buzz from Ultram can last up to 8 hours with Lortab, its' only about 3-4 hours. Ultram for me is my fav of all time. (21 replies)

I am going to be gently upfront here when I write that I believe it is not the wisest choice to use Ultracet to get off Lortab. Ultracet is so very addictive.
