... Hey Creeky, Congratulations on recognizing their is a problem and addressing it. First, in my opinion, I would not go to your doctor and tell him you are abusing them and consider yourself "addicted," because that will go on your medical records and unless you are dealing with an addictionalogist, the word "addiction" makes general doctors leary and just carries a stigma...
