... You are on the right track. Start your taper very slowly. I finished a taper off Ativan 1mg exactly one year ago. I was on it for 18 mos and it took me 18 mos to get off the 1mg. I call it my "turtle taper". It it me longer than necessary I am sure but it's what worked for me. ... (12 replies)
