... Hi Brandon Nice to see you posting. There is a great thread at the top of this board named, "Sample Home Detox." It gives many great suggestions of things to help through detox. It is a very good starting point. Another thing I would add is to get up and moving as much as possible. Running is great, but even walking helps tremondously. Stay with us, ask questions,...
