What's your endo say about the high prolactin? Sometimes hypothyroidism can cause that, but if your T4 is in normal range now (regardless of the hashi's), prolactin definitely should not be that high. Okay, the low testosterone could be chalked up to "male menopause" (not that I really buy that theory) and the high cortisol could be attributed to stress, but there's really no way to explain away high prolactin, esp. in a guy.

I have read that non-contrast MRIs are not that great at seeing pituitary tumors. So I wouldn't totally rule out pituitary issues just from that.
