Ivoryz00: Have you had your testosterone, thyroid, DHEAS (another adrenal hormone) and prolactin tested? These hormones can also produce exercise fatigue as well as mood disorders and loss of libido. Low thyroid and low cortisol are associated with heart palpitations. Testosterone is associated with weightloss, especially if you are finding you have muscle loss (do you find it harder to open the pickle jar or when you exercise you seem to strain or pull your muscles more easily?).

You might also have intermittent cortisol. Sometimes your cortisol is fine and other times it fails to be secreted in sufficient quantities. As time goes by the situation can get worse so you should think about taking another ATCH test in a year.
