... Chris, Please do split your doses, 10,5 & 5. Stay with your last dose time so you can tell that it helps to split the dose. You need 2/3 of your total daily dose by about 1pm. Don't know where the docs get there dosing info. They really lack knowledge & many people are "paying dearly" for the bum advice. You should be adding a bit of salt to your food. It should help...
