... The normal range is 40-220 so yours is high. That means you are losing too much salt through your urine from lack of aldosterone, a hormone from the adrenals. If you have low Bp or low serum sodium, they will probably put you on aldosterone (mineralcorticoid)to correct this and raise your Bp and keep you from being dehydrated. (9 replies)
