... I have those symptoms too. But I have a zinc and vitamin b6 deficiency. The adrenal glands do need zinc. The zinc causes fatigue and sluggish adrenals but the vitamin b6 causes the depression and the feeling like you don't want to use your brain. ... (1 replies)
