Similar to you out of the blue I have been suffering from allergies with fatigue and constant sneezing. Same dog, same house, nothing new, and no new foods. Very low allergens in my area for the past few weeks and since these symptoms first appeared.

You could try Quercetin. It works for some.

As other say, stop the Afrin and other medicated nasal sprays.
You can make your own saline nasal spray. To a quart bottle that will handle boiling water add one teaspoon salt and one teaspoon of baking soda. Add one quart of boiling water. ALLOW TO COOL COMPLETELY. Put in spray dispenser and use as you want.
You may have to buy your first spray bottle. Wmart has Ayr nasal saline spray for about $3. You can take the top off and reuse with your homemade saline solution.

To open stuffed nasal passages you can add ONE DROP of peppermint oil to the Ayr spray botttle which is 1.69 oz. DO NOT ADD MORE THAN ONE DROP WITHOUT TRYING IT FIRST.

BTW, boiling the water will remove chlorine but if your water is questionable I suggest using distilled water available at Wmart for less than a dollar for one gallon.
